elogbook.net is a web service for maintaining logbooks of any sort on a secure web server or intranet system. In order to use elogbook.net all you need is a web browser. Your data is held in a secure environment but is also available to you from anywhere in the world. |

Is elogbook.net secure?
Elogbook.net utilises SSL encryption, which is used by most online banks and email providers, as well as encrypting all logbook entries with our own encryption techniques.
With our secure login procedure you can be sure that no-one can access your logbooks without your permission. In the unlikely event of a technical problem your data remains safe with regular backups taken every day to minimise any loss. |

How does elogbook.net work?
elogbook.net works by having a structure involving logbooks, events and equipment. Each logbook can have any number of events and equipment installed.
When you log an entry you need to select a logbook, and an event. You can also choose a piece of equipment, but this is optional.
elogbook.net works in this way to store your data in a manner which is quick and easy to understand. |

How can I view elogbook.net entries?
elogbook.net allows you to view your data in almost anyway you need it. You can view all entries, entries based on event and/or equipment or even produce reports where e-logbook.net displays the last entry of each event for all your equipment.
elogbook.net is also compatible with Microsoft Excel, allowing you to view logbook entries in Excel at the touch of a button. This is particularly useful for producing charts and graphs based on your logbook data. |

Is elogbook.net configurable?
elogbook.net is fully configurable, allowing you to build your logbook the way you want it.
With elogbook.net you can create your own logbooks, events and equipment using our simple System Admin tool. When creating events our System Admin tool allows you to specify which fields you want to store as well as whether or not to use equipment with the event and to allow file attachments.
elogbook.net can be configured at anytime, allowing you to continually update your system. There are no limits on the number of Events and Equipment you can have in any elogbook.net system. |
